We create to solve business problems, and while our creative work surprises and delights the target market, philosophically we see creative as a tool we wield to inspire action.

Contrary to popular belief, the best creative work is not just those focused on “Big Ideas” or big production values, but rather creative that works to solve brand or product challenges, whether that’s awareness, consideration, or conversion.

 

It’s actually never that easy or linear or necessarily intuitive. There are nuances at each stage of the customer buying journey that we focus on to educate, inform, or persuade. Therefore, our focus is on understanding customer mindset and behavior change goals. Before solving a problem or addressing a business challenge, we rely on information gathering through tools like stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, SWOT analysis, focus groups and online listening. These tools allow us to extract insights that will inform the belief behavior model– the basis of our creative brief.

Leveraging the belief behavior approach allows the team to ideate on creative ways to impact attitudes or beliefs and move the customer along their path to conversion. These ideas become more impactful because they incorporate critical thinking and problem- solving skills. Digital Amplification’s performance-based assets spark connection, behavior change and result in brand attraction, sales, and advocacy.

Our dynamic creative model continues with in real time, in-market hard work! For example, we structure ad sets to be composed of concept tests, A|B tests, and multi-variate tests to enable conversion optimization and inform our position as a performance-based agency.
